Using PepTables
These terms govern your use of PepTables at peptables.com, including its account features and public data exports. The review and editorial policy and research disclaimer form part of these terms. The privacy policy explains how we handle information.
Creating or using an account requires affirmative agreement to these terms. You must be at least 18, able to enter this agreement, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
PepTables is an informational directory. We do not sell or supply peptides, process orders or payments, provide clinical services, or act as an agent for listed vendors. Purchases on other websites are between you and the seller. That seller’s terms govern payment, delivery, returns and refunds.
Your account
Use an email address you control. Keep sign-in codes private and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. A sign-in identifies an account; it does not verify a purchase, professional qualification, laboratory status or vendor ownership.
You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through the contact below. Closing an account and handling its records follow our privacy policy, including applicable legal retention requirements.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully. Do not use listings to facilitate prohibited transactions or evade a vendor’s access restrictions.
- Do not submit fabricated experiences, impersonate someone, manipulate scores or reviews, conceal a material vendor relationship, or post spam.
- Do not post medical instructions, dosing advice, private personal information, confidential documents, unlawful content or material you lack the right to share.
- Do not bypass authentication, exploit vulnerabilities, overload the service, harvest account information or interfere with other visitors.
Reasonable access to public pages and published exports is permitted. Preserve attribution and source dates, honor rate limits, and do not present our dated observations as verified live inventory or clinical advice. Contact us before sustained bulk access. These terms do not restrict lawful security research, fair use, honest criticism or reporting to authorities.
Content you submit
You retain rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting material, you give PepTables a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, display and format it as needed to operate the directory, moderate contributions and maintain accurate records. This permission covers approved public reviews and sourced editorial updates, and allows our service providers to perform those tasks. It does not transfer ownership of your content.
Submit only material you are entitled to share. Explain your direct experience and disclose relevant relationships. We may decline, redact or remove content under the published editorial rules or applicable law. We will not change a review’s rating or meaning to favor a vendor. Requests to correct or remove your contributions are handled through the contact below; legal obligations, existing public citations and limited recovery copies may affect what can be removed.
Sources, trademarks and reuse
The PepTables design, original text and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, logos, reports and linked material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Displaying a mark identifies the listed organization and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Source-preserving exports do not grant rights to redistribute third-party logos or reports. Follow each source’s license and the export’s attribution notes. You may quote and link to PepTables to the extent permitted by law; do not imply that we endorse your product or service.
Copyright and content complaints
If you believe material infringes your rights, email the contact below with the affected URL, the work or right involved, an explanation, your contact details and your authority to act. For a factual correction, identify the specific statement and provide a public supporting source. We may request information needed to assess the claim and may restrict disputed material while reviewing it.
We assess complaints and appeals under applicable law and our editorial policy. We may contact the contributor for a response without sharing unnecessary personal information.
Information and service limits
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without warranties that records are complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. Evidence scores describe documentation coverage. They are not certifications of authenticity, safety, efficacy, regulatory approval or the contents of a delivered product.
To the extent permitted by law, PepTables is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the directory or reliance on third-party listings. This does not exclude liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law cannot exclude. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain in force.
Changes, restrictions and disputes
We may update, pause or discontinue features, or restrict access for abuse, security threats or unlawful use. Where reasonably possible, we will explain a material account restriction and provide a way to ask for review. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users or comply with law.
Material changes to these terms will be identified with a new version and brought to account users’ attention when they next sign in. We will request renewed agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not require you to delay a legal claim, regulator complaint or other remedy. Applicable law and courts with lawful jurisdiction determine disputes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
