Information we retain

PepTables uses ChatGPT sign-in to identify your account. The hosting platform provides an account identifier, email, and optional display name. PepTables stores your site-specific account identifier, saved vendor IDs, and submissions in Cloudflare D1. Your email is used transiently to authorize owner moderation; it is not included in public reviews.

For reviews, we retain the public display name you choose, rating, text, vendor, submission time, account identifier, and moderation status. For vendor suggestions, corrections, evidence, or claims, we retain your submitted source URL and details, account identifier, timestamps, and moderation status. Rate counters keyed to your account help limit spam.

Approved reviews publish your chosen display name, rating, text, and date. Pending and rejected records are not public. Accepted directory submissions support editorial updates; submission bodies are not automatically published.

Review rules

Reviews should describe documentation, shipping, service, or another relevant business interaction. Include first-hand details and disclose vendor relationships. We do not publish dosing guidance, medical efficacy claims, personal information, harassment, spam, or unsupported serious allegations. Sign-in does not verify a purchase; public reviews are labeled accordingly.

The editor may decline a review or request clearer evidence. Review ratings remain separate from evidence scores. Contact us to correct, update, appeal, or request removal of your own record.

Service providers and external links

Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide hosting and database storage through Sites. The ChatGPT sign-in service handles authentication; PepTables does not receive your password or ChatGPT conversations. Original vendor, laboratory, and index links open external services whose policies apply there.

We have not added advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting and authentication platforms may process technical request data and use their own session cookies. PepTables does not store medical records or process payments.

Your records and contact

Use the bookmark control to remove a saved vendor. Reviews and submissions are retained until the editor removes them or you request removal. For access, correction, or deletion requests, email contact@peptables.com from an address that lets us verify your account. Please keep medical and other sensitive information out of reviews and directory submissions.
