Evidence and independence

PepTables organizes public documentation and attributed observations. Every substantive catalog update should retain its source, observation date and explanation. Unknown or unchecked information stays labeled as such. A link to a laboratory or certificate does not establish that PepTables authenticated the document or a delivered batch.

Our published rubric calculates documentation scores. Customer ratings, prices, discount codes and sponsorship do not add evidence points. A low score can reflect incomplete coverage. We do not accept payment to alter scores or remove valid criticism.

Review rules

Reviews should describe a real, first-hand business interaction, such as documentation, customer service or shipping. Explain what happened and distinguish observation from opinion. Sign-in does not verify a purchase; reviews are labeled accordingly.

Vendor ownership claims belong in the claim-submission workflow. A claim or accepted submission does not grant control of a listing, moderation privileges or permission to edit another person’s review.

Moderation and publication

Reviews enter a private queue. The editor checks relevance, disclosures, prohibited content and apparent authenticity before publication. The same rules apply to positive and negative reviews. We do not reject a review solely because it criticizes PepTables or a vendor, and we do not offer paid removal.

We may decline a contribution, ask for clarification, redact private information or remove a review that breaches these rules. We do not rewrite a rating or change a reviewer’s meaning to improve a vendor’s reputation. Material edits should be confirmed with the contributor or clearly explained.

Only approved reviews contribute to the displayed average. The public feed is limited to recent approved entries and does not represent every submission received. Review averages include all approved reviews; they remain separate from documentation scores. Approval does not certify that every claim is true.

Corrections and appeals

Use the correction form for a sourced catalog change. Email the contact below for a review appeal, privacy concern, urgent factual error or rights complaint. Include the affected URL, the specific issue and supporting information; redact private order details and never send medical records.

We consider complaints based on their evidence, regardless of who submits them. We may annotate, correct or temporarily restrict disputed material while checking it. A vendor complaint does not automatically remove a review. Editorial revisions retain a history, and privacy requests are handled separately under the privacy policy.

Sponsorship and affiliate disclosures

PepTables currently has no recorded sponsorships or affiliate relationships. Displaying an advertised coupon does not itself mean we earn a commission, and codes may be expired or ineligible at checkout.

If we introduce a paid placement, it must be labeled “Sponsored” beside the placement. If a link can earn PepTables a commission, that fact must appear close to the link in language visitors can understand before clicking. A general disclosure on this page alone is insufficient. Commercial relationships must not change evidence points or the default evidence ranking.

We do not pay for reviews or accept incentives conditioned on review sentiment. Any permitted material connection must be disclosed with the individual contribution. These standards apply to PepTables contributors and vendors alike.

Contact PepTables

For policy questions, privacy requests, corrections or complaints, email contact@peptables.com. Include the page or record involved and a brief explanation. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, medical records or identity documents unless we explain why a limited verification step is necessary.
